Set up your workspace

  1. Create your teams. It is an important first step to prepare for assigning team budgets, building team software stacks, and getting analysis on team spend.
  2. Build your software stack and add applications to Cledara.
  3. Add funds to your account.
  4. Once you have your new applications and cards, take the card details and update your payment method in the software provider site. You will have to do this only once - once your card is stored as a billing method, your future recurring payments will go through automatically.
  5. Connect your accounting tool to Cledara:
  6. Connect your mailbox to Cledara so that we can pick up your software invoice straight from your inbox. If your company has a general billing mailbox that collects vendor invoices, you can connect that to Cledara as long as you have access to the account. - Only on Premium and Pro

Manage your members in Cledara

  1. Invite users to your workspace and start delegating the ownership of applications.
  2. Assign your users to teams and set up Team managers to empower each team to manage their budget.
  3. Assign a role to your users after they have accepted the invite.
