Integrate with NetSuite

NetSuite is available in our Premium and Pro plans.

To integrate with NetSuite, we partner with Merge, who helps authenticate and link your NetSuite account.

In preparation for this process, you will need to provide the following information in the Merge popup:

  • NetSuite Account ID
  • Consumer Key
  • Consumer Secret
  • Token ID
  • Token Secret

Follow the official Merge guide to fetch the above information to link your account. Key tips:

  • Go through the steps as a user with Administrator permissions in your company's NetSuite instance.
  • Check the box for Token-based authentication.
  • Install the Merge Full Permissions Bundle to allow read-and-write access.

In Cledara

Once you have obtained the credentials above, head to Settings > Integrations as an Admin or a Finance user in Cledara to activate the integration.

You need to have admin rights to NetSuite to set up the integration.

  1. Click on Connect and follow the steps to log into NetSuite. This is where you will provide your NetSuite Account ID and the 4 keys listed above to authenticate your account.

  2. Once your NetSuite account is connected, select the NetSuite subsidiary to connect. In most cases, this should match the entity your Cledara workspace is created for.

  3. Then, click on the toggle and customise the invoice folder, bank account, and reward category. You can only find the bank account that are created under the subsidiary selected, under the same currency as your Cledara account.

If you have both EUR and GBP accounts, you can customise each separately.
