When your Cledara account is low on funds, we will send notification emails to the Admins so you can top up your account before the payments are due.
If there is not enough money in your Cledara account when the payments are requested, they may be declined.
When your payment failed due to insufficient funds, your merchant will try to collect the funds again.
Therefore, when your Cledara account is running low on funds, simply top up your Cledara account.
What's next?
If your payment is made on a soft card, once you have sufficient available funds, the payment will go through without issues when your merchant makes another attempt to charge again.
If your payment is made on a fixed budget card, you can top up your card immediately by editing its Card balance. Voila! Your card will be ready to pay again.
