When should I top up my Cledara account?

You may want to arrange a new transfer to your Cledara account when:

  • You can see in your Dashboard > Spend Analysis > Projected account balance that your available balance may be running out soon
  • You are unable to make a payment on a soft card
  • You are unable to top up a fixed card
  • You have created new supplementary cards, which increased the total budget of an application
  • You receive a Low account balance email notification when you don't have enough funds to make payments expected in the next 3 days
