If you've forgotten the answers to your Spend card's security questions, or just want to update them, Spend cardholders can change them directly in Spend › My Cards from the web platform.
Step-by-step guide
Open the card
Go to My Cards and select the card you want to update.
Start the change
On the card's Overview tab, select Change security questions.
Verify it's you
Submit the verification code we text to the phone number on your account.
Choose your questions and answers
Each card has to have at least 3 security questions. Select the questions from the dropdowns, then enter an answer for each.
Confirm
Select Confirm to save. You'll see a confirmation message once it's done.
As soon as you confirm, your new questions and answers replace the old ones. They will be prompted the next time a card payment needs verifying.
