Activate a physical Spend card

When your physical Spend card is delivered, you will need to activate it on the platform to begin making payments.

Click the Activate card button, enter the last four digits of the card into the box provided, and click Activate. Your card is now ready to be used!

You have three attempts to enter the last four digits correctly.

If you enter the last four digits incorrectly three times, the card will be blocked for 24 hours. During this 24-hour period, the card cannot be activated and cannot be used to make payments.

After this period, you can again click the Activate card button, enter the last four digits of the card into the box provided, and click Activate.

If, after the temporary 24-hour block, you enter the last four digits incorrectly a further three times, the card will be blocked indefinitely for security reasons. 

In this case, please contact support on support@cledara.com and we will help you to activate your card.
