Disable a user

To disable a SaaS user, SaaS Admins can go to Settings > Workspace Settings > Members.

In the Members list, look up the user in question and click on Edit > Disable.

If the user has a Spend role, you need to also be a Spend Admin to disable them.

Once disabled, the user no longer has access to your workspace. Their user status becomes Inactive, and they will be hidden from the Members list by default.

I'm an Admin, why can't I disable or enable a user?

As a SaaS Admin, you can manage users with SaaS roles Finance, Compliance, and User.

You will have to be a Spend Admin to manage users with Spend roles Accountant and User.

Only the Primary Contact can manage users with SaaS or Spend Admin roles.

Can I remove users entirely from my workspace?

To preserve a full audit trail of your workspace members, removing a user that has joined your workspace is not available.

How do I delete a user invite?

If you have sent an invitation but want to cancel it before the user accepts the invitation, you can withdraw the invitation by going to Edit > Delete invite.

This person will no longer have a valid link to join your workspace, and you will have to invite them again.
