Any of the extra reporting fields added in the application's Accounting tab will be shown here as well.
We show transactions from the last 60 days by default. Modify the timeframe as needed, and click the Export button. There, from the dropdown, you can select what you want to export:
- CSV file: generates a CSV export of the transactions matching your selected filters. You can also choose which columns to include.
- Invoices: generates a ZIP file containing the invoices uploaded to Cledara for transactions that you have looked up.
- PDF statement: generates a PDF statement for a specific date range. PDF statements only include transactions that have settled within that period, so the results may differ from your CSV export if some transactions are still pending.
- Bank feed export: generates a bank feed export to help with reconciliation in your accounting software. You can choose:
- CAMT.053: an ISO 20022-compatible XML file format used by many European accounting systems.
- QuickBooks: export tailored for importing into QuickBooks.
- NetSuite: export tailored for importing into NetSuite.
