Keeping track of your renewal dates helps you stay in control of your software subscriptions. No more surprises from auto-renewals or missed cancellation windows.

Step 1: Update the next renewal date
- Go to the Overview tab of the application.
- Click Edit in the Subscription Details section.

Enter or update the Next Renewal Date field:
- Click Save changes.
Your renewal date will now appear on the application’s Overview page.
Step 2: Receive automatic renewal reminders
Cledara automatically sends you an email reminder 15 days before the next renewal date you've set.
This helps you:
- Review whether to renew, cancel, or renegotiate pricing.
- Avoid being caught off guard by auto-renewals or notice periods.
You can also set up additional reminders using your Application Reminders.
With Application Reminders, you can create one-off or recurring email reminders, add a custom message, and choose exactly when they’re sent:
