Application Owners have access to the budget and card details for the applications they own, so every application needs an owner who's still around to manage it.
When an App Owner leaves your company and their Cledara account is disabled, the applications they looked after are left without an active owner.
If any of your applications are owned by an inactive member, SaaS Admins and Team Managers will see a warning callout at the top of Applications tab:
Hand the applications over to an active user, and enjoy the uninterrupted visibility and control over tools.
Step-by-step guide
Open the popup
In the warning callout on the Applications list, select Reassign app owners.
Review the list
The popup lists each inactive Application Owner, with the applications they managed grouped underneath their name:
Choose the new owners
To move all of a person's applications to the same new owner, choose the new owner in that person's row. To split them between different people, choose a new owner for each application individually instead.
Save your changes
Confirm to save. The new owners get access to the budget and card details for their applications straight away.
