In one single application, you can have multiple subscriptions active and several different payment methods. This works by setting up supplementary cards.
By creating supplementary cards, you can:
- Set up an optional expiry date for each supplementary card issued
- Manage each subscription separately by enabling and disabling individual cards
- Identify each user's spend through Spend breakdown in the Dashboard
Case Study
Say there are five team members each with their own ChatGPT subscription. In order to manage these five individual subscriptions under one single application, you create a supplementary card each for these employees.
Once the ChatGPT application has been approved in Cledara, head to the Overview tab and click on below the Main card.
Add the email of the user that will use the card, and optionally, you can set up an expiry date after which the card will no longer be available to the user.
