What happens if there is not enough money in my Cledara account?

When your Cledara account doesn't have enough funds to make payments expected in the next 3 days, or if your wallet balance drops below the threshold you've set, we will send notification emails to the Admins so you can top up your account before the payments are due.

Timely action is recommended, because if there is not enough money in your Cledara account when the payments are requested, transactions will be declined.

I've topped up my account, what's next?

When your payment failed due to insufficient funds, your SaaS merchants will likely try to collect the funds again. 

If your payment is made on a soft budget card, once you have sufficient available funds, the payment will go through without issues when your merchant makes another attempt to charge again.

If your payment is made on a fixed budget card, you can top up your application immediately by editing the Application balance. Voila! Your cards (main or supplementary) will be ready to pay again.
