On the mobile app, the My Spend screen is where you can find all payments made with your Spend cards.
With the Quick view buttons, you can view:
- All payments
- Payments by card
- Payments which don't yet have a receipt attached
By clicking on the search icon you can search for payments by the amount or the supplier paid.
Clicking on a transaction will open up the Transaction Details screen. Here you can see the supplier and category, the amount and date of the payment, the card used, any comments you have added, and the receipt you have attached:
If you haven't yet attached a receipt, you can do so by clicking the icon. For a step-by-step guide on uploading receipts to your payments in the mobile app, click here.
You cannot submit a transaction for reconciliation without uploading a receipt.
Once you have submitted the payment for bookkeeping, you will see accounting status in the top right corner of this screen:
Check the accounting status of your payments
Once you've submitted your payments for review, you can see the accounting status of each payment:
- Waiting - In the queue to be reviewed by your Finance team
- To review - Marked for further review by your Finance team
- Ready - Your Finance team has reviewed the payment and is ready to be pushed to your external accounting software
- Archived - Payments which have already been pushed to your external accounting software
