Upload receipts in the Cledara mobile app

As the cardholder, it is your responsibility to upload the receipts for each transaction and submit it to your Finance team.

If there are no receipts, submit your payment to Finance in the web platform by marking the reason for missing receipt. 

  1. To upload a receipt, select the Spend screen:

  2. In the Spend screen, tap the Missing receipt filter to see all transactions where the receipt is outstanding:

  3. Select the relevant transaction, and you will see the option to Add receipt:

  4. You will then see options to upload the receipt: either from your files, gallery or to take a photo to upload:

  5. To upload multiple photos from your Camera, switch to MULTIPLE in the camera view:

  6. As you take each shot, you can see the number of photos you have taken, and an Undo button to go back one step:

  7. Once you have clicked Upload, you will then have an overview of all photos taken. Swipe to see all pictures:

  8. Add any additional comments for the payment to send along with your receipts.
  9. If you have everything, select the Submit button. If, however, you need to add more photos, or you would like to start from the beginning, select the return arrow on the top left to go back to adding more images or deleting and starting all over.

  10. Once submitted, all your images will be merged into 1 PDF file and the transaction will be pushed for your Finance team to review. At this time, no changes can be made to the receipts uploaded or comments added.
