Connect to Engage on Safari

  1. Open App Store on your Mac and search for Cledara Engage. You could also click here to get to our official page in the Mac App Store.

  2. Click Get and then install. If you have not signed into your Apple ID, you will be prompted at this step.

  3. Once the download is completed, click on Open. A pop-up will appear for you to turn on the extension in Safari Settings.

  4. Check Cledara Engage on the left panel, and click Always Allow on Every Website. You will have to confirm again in the next pop-up.

  5. Once Engage is turned on, you will see the following generic confirmation from Apple:

    It is important to note that Engage does not alter web pages you visit. To find out exactly what we do and don't collect, please visit this article.

  6. Open your Safari. You will now see Cledara Engage at the top, left to the URL bar.

  7. Click on it and you will see the option to Sign in with Cledara Account. A new tab will open and take you to our Cledara login page.

  8. Once you've logged in, you will see a confirmation in your Cledara workspace.

    Your extension will be updated with your profile. Now you are all set!
