Request Access is available in our IT management module.
With Request Access, users can ask for access, a seat, or a license to the software they need through an in-app notification system within Cledara.
The owner of the application will receive the access requests in their My Tasks, where they can also resolve these requests.
Less admin, more control, and a better experience for both users and admins.

Important: having your access granted does not mean you have more viewing permissions on Cledara.
Your ability to view the budget details and card details depends on your role in relation to the app.
If you want to see the budget details of an application
You will have to be an Admin, a Finance user, the Application Owner, or the Team Manager.
If you want to see the main card details of an application
You will have to be an Admin, the Application Owner, or the Team Manager.
If you want a separate card for yourself under the application
You can ask the Application Owner to create a supplementary card for you.
