If your workspace has selected Authenticator App as the required Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method, users will be prompted to set it up the next time they log in.
Here is a step-by-step guide to help your users connect their authenticator app and access the workspace for the first time.
Open your preferred authenticator app on your mobile device or browser. Either scan the QR code or enter a setup key provided in the app. Here's an example of what it looks like:
- In Cledara, click Next.
You will see a field to enter a one-time code. Check your authenticator app and enter the time-based code shown there. Then click Log In in Cledara to access your workspace:
