If you want to add a new application that you won’t have to pay until weeks or months from today, you can still do it.
You will just have to create the application as usual.
As you are setting up the application, you will have to set the top-up date (or expected payment date if using a soft card) around the time you expect to have to pay for that subscription.
That way the card will be created but the funds needed won’t be pulled until the date you have set.
