To edit your user profile in Cledara, go to Settings > General > Profile details.
Click Edit, and you will be able to:
- edit your name
- change your profile photo
- update your login password
To reset your phone number or authenticator app
If you are a User, a Finance user, or a Compliance user, any of your Admins will be able to reset your phone number or authenticator app.
If you are an Admin, your Primary contact will be able to reset your phone number or authenticator app.
If you are a Primary contact of the workspace, please reach out to us at support@cledara.com who will help you change your number or authenticator app.
Pro tip: You can find out who the Primary contact is in Settings > Members.
To update your email
Please reach out to support@cledara.com. will help you change your login email address. This will allow you to continue signing in via Google or Okta SSO.
