Reset or Change Password

Change your password from within Cledara

Should you need to change your password on Cledara, this can be done by going to Settings > General > Profile details.

Once there, select Edit and you will be able to update your password in the fields provided:

You can also reset your password by visiting the login page and selecting the Reset your password button. 

Follow the instructions to send a recovery email to your registered email.

Reset your team member's password

It is possible to reset another team member's password on Cledara by going to Settings > General > Members, select the user in question and then Edit.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a button Reset password. Clicking this then sends an email to that user with a link for them to set a new password:

Heads up! Who you can manage depends on your user role.

If you are an Admin, you can reset the password for your team members who have a User, Finance, or Compliance role.

If you are the Primary Contact, you can reset the password for any of your team members, including Admins.
