Your user profile controls how you access and use Cledara.
While some details can be updated directly, others are restricted and must be changed by an Admin, the Primary contact, or Cledara Support.

Go to Settings > General > Profile details.
On the preview page, you can:
- Change your password
- Log out of all other devices from the Active sessions section
On the Edit page, you can:
- Change your profile photo
- Update your profile name

The details below can't be edited directly and must be reset by someone with the appropriate permissions.

If you're an Admin managing another user
Only the Primary Contact can manage an Admin's profile.
You can see who the Primary Contact is in Settings > Members. If the Primary Contact is not available, please reach out to support@cledara.com.
Go to Settings > Members and select the user.
On the preview page, you can:
- Reset the user's password
- Reset the user's bank details
The user will receive an email with instructions in both cases.
On the Edit page, you can:
- Update the user's profile photo
- Edit the user's profile name
- Reset the user's phone number
- Reset the user's authenticator app
- Manage the user's roles and team assignments
