Summary in Dashboard

When you land on your Dashboard, SaaS Admins and SaaS Finance see a Cledara Agent section with 2 cards: Managed Applications and Activity this month:

Managed Applications

This card shows how many of your connected applications are managed by Cledara Agent, broken down by status: Managing, Verifying, Lost, and Not managing.

If an application shows Lost, click Reconnect to identify these applications and restore the access.

Click Manage applications to open your Applications list, filtered to Cledara Agent view.

Activity this month

This card shows how many requests were completed this month, with a trend against the previous month. This also has a breakdown of your most requested actions, such as Add user, Remove user, and Change role, each with a count.

Click View agent activity to open the full Cledara Agent tab, described below.

Detailed list in Cledara Agent

The Cledara Agent tab is where you can track and manage delegated actions across your workspace.

At the top right, you will see the Access control for managing permissions, and under the summary cards, you will find your requests queue, grouped into tabs:

Queued or being worked on. You can cancel a request from here if you no longer need it.

Waiting on something from you, for example, review user permissions.

Your history of past completed requests.

Requests that were cancelled before they were completed.

Each request shows the name of the application, type of delegated action, requester, and priority, which you can search and filter from.

Click into each request to see more details and the activity log.
