Once the integration is active, every user in Cledara can personalise which notifications they receive in Slack. This ensures you only get alerted for the things relevant to your role.
- Go to your Settings > Preferences tab.
- Look for the Slack Settings button
under the Personal Notification section.
- Use the checkboxes to toggle the specific alerts you want to receive.
You will only receive notifications where your action is required.

If I disable a notification in my personal settings, will I still receive it via email?
Slack settings are independent of email settings. You can choose to receive alerts via Slack, Email, or both depending on your preference.
Where do I see the notifications?
The Cledara bot and notifications can be found under Apps > Cledara in Slack.
