Spend user roles

Your Spend user roles determine how much a person can see and which actions can be performed in your workspace's Spend Management module. 

In this article, we introduce the permissions of each Spend user role. 

Spend User Spend Accountant Spend Admin Primary Contact

This role is best for most employees in your team. Spend Users can:

  • see all the cards they own in the My Cards tab
  • see all the transactions made on their cards in the My Spend tab
  • upload receipts to the payments made with their cards
  • not see the Spend Overview tab or the Accounting tab
