The integration syncs instantly after a transaction takes place, or after an invoice is uploaded.
Whenever we are unable to immediately sync a transaction to your NetSuite account, we will attempt it again every hour.
When manual sync is required
If you had already made payments before setting up your NetSuite connection, once you've saved the NetSuite settings for an application, a Sync button will appear for all the transactions under the app, allowing you to push them to NetSuite with your selected vendor and category.
Whenever you change the NetSuite settings of the application, the updated NetSuite settings will be applied to new transactions from then on.
However, for existing transactions, we do not edit, remove, or replace the previous synced entry. If you wish to retroactively edit the NetSuite settings of transactions that were pushed to NetSuite, please edit them directly in your NetSuite account.
