In order for the onboarding and offboarding processes to be as automated as possible, there are two things that Admins should do before starting any workflows:
- Compile your company stack
- Compile your team stacks
Compile the company stack
The company stack is the list of tools that your colleagues across the company have access to.
You can create or modify the stack by clicking:

Settings in the main Onboarding overview page

Edit company stack in the middle of an Onboarding workflow
Compile the team stack
The team stack is the list of tools used by a specific team.
To modify the team stack, Admins or the Application Owner can:

Head to the application's Overview tab, and click Subscription details > Edit:

Scroll down to Teams and Budget allocation, and click Add team. Each application and its budget can be assigned to multiple teams:

Once the changes are saved, that application will appear in the selected team stack:
