Pull incoming workflows from your HRIS

We partner with Merge to integrate with your HRIS. This means that whenever there are staff changes, a task automatically appears in Cledara's Incoming workflow section for you to triage and process.

Here are the requirements for a user to set up the HRIS integration in Cledara:

Follow the steps below to receive staff changes automatically from your HRIS:

Manage who can see your Incoming workflows

Manage who can see your Incoming workflows

On the principle that employee information should only be shared with relevant staff when necessary, by default, only the Primary Contact has visibility on the Incoming workflows.

Admins can add or remove users from this list to manage who can:

  • Set up the HRIS integration in Settings > Integrations (Admin only)
  • See upcoming arrivals and departures
  • Create a workflow in the Onboarding tab

Your data privacy is important for Cledara. We only request information that is essential to the functioning of the feature.

During the integration setup, among the data that Merge asks for permission to read by default, only the following personal data will be passed on to and stored in Cledara:

  • Name
  • Team
  • Work email
  • Avatar
  • Workflow type and due date
