The Change card details section in My Tasks is designed to remind you to update your payment information on your software vendor's website whenever a new card is issued.
Keeping these details current ensures your software subscriptions continue running smoothly without any service interruptions, as the old card will be closed permanently and no longer process payments.

How to resolve a reminder
This section only displays newly issued or renewed cards that need to be linked to your vendors. It does not list cards that are currently expiring or have already expired but haven't been replaced yet.

Who can see the reminders
Depending on your role in the platform, your view will be tailored.
For SaaS Users
Your list is automatically filtered to show:
- New main cards for any applications that you own.
- New supplementary cards that have been specifically assigned to you.
For SaaS Admins and Finance users
You will see a view selector dropdown that allows you to toggle between two distinct views:
- My Applications: This filters the list to show only the cards for applications where you are designated as the App Owner.
- All Applications: This is a global view showing all application tasks across the entire organisation. This includes tasks for any supplementary cards assigned to you for applications you do not personally own.
When are the reminders created
A new task is automatically generated for any new card created on or after January 1st, 2026. This includes:
- Cards that have been renewed after expiring
- A new card that replaces your main card
- Newly issued supplementary cards
How to resolve a reminder
To clear a task from your list, follow these steps:
- Click the View card details button next to the application.
- Copy the new card details and billing address.
- Log into your software vendor’s website and update the payment method with these new details.
- Return to the platform and click Complete to manually resolve the task.
If the new card has already successfully processed a payment to the vendor, the system will automatically recognise it and resolve the task for you.
