If you have Approval flows enabled, Admins will receive requests to amend budgets for applications.
When someone requests to change the budget, Admins will be notified via email. In Cledara, you will also see a notification on the bell icon .
Team Managers also have the permissions to approve budget changes for applications under their team.
To review and approve the change requests:
- Go to the Dashboard and then tap on the Requested changes tab in the Recently box. As an approver, any change request will appear here.

To review the new budget, click on the request. From there, you will be re-directed to the application page, where a summary of what has been requested to change will be shown:
