If you have Approval flows enabled and you are an Admin or a Team Manager, you will receive requests to amend budgets for applications.
When someone requests to change the budget, you will be notified via email. In Cledara, you will also see a notification on the bell icon .
To review and approve the change requests:
- Go to the Dashboard and then tap on the Requested changes tab in the Recently box. As an approver, any change request will appear here.

To review the new budget, click on the request. From there, you will be re-directed to the application page, where a summary of what has been requested to change will be shown:
- Users who do not have approval rights will be able to see who the request is pending with.
