Approve new applications

If you have Approval flows turned on, requests for new applications are routed based on your role and specific team assignments.

Who receives notifications

  • Team Managers: When a request is made within their specific team, the assigned Team Manager will be notified via email (and Slack if set up).
  • SaaS Admins: To keep your inbox clean, Admins will not be notified of a pending approval if a Team Manager has already been assigned to that request. However, you can still see it in Dashboard and can resolve the request within the application.

How to review and approve new application requests

  1. Go to the Dashboard and then click on the Requested tab in the Recently box. As an approver, you will see the new request here, along with its cost.

  2. If you want to see more details of the new subscription, you can tap on the name of the new application.
  3. There you can either approve or reject the request. If you are declining the request, you can also add the reason why it is rejected for the requester to see.
