We’re committed to ensuring the security of your Cledara account. Thus, we've introduced updates to enhance account and card access. Here’s a quick summary of what’s new:
1. New device login verification
To strengthen login protection, we’ve changed the email verification step when logging in from a new device.
- When you log in from a new device, you'll receive an email with a verification button.
- You will have to press the button to verify it's you. Once verified, you'll gain access to your account.
Please note that different browsers (or resetting your browser) and incognito windows will trigger this verification step.
2. Enhanced card access
To protect your card details, an additional layer of security is now enabled in your account:
- If you want to view your card details, you will have to verify your identity via your account 2FA method (SMS code or authenticator app).
