Your card interface is organised into three tabs, designed to present specific information and functionalities related to your card management needs. To access it, navigate to My Cards and select the card you're interested in.
A closer look at the tabs
Overview offers a snapshot of essential card information and financial analytics:
- Card Details displays the details associated with the card: the name of the cardholder, the phone number, as well as both the billing address and shipping address to ensure you have all the necessary details to make your payments.
- The card section provides the cardholder with access to the card details, allowing them to report the card, access the card PIN, and toggle the card status. It is also where Spend Admins can change the card limit and frequency.
- Spend by category features a graph comparing expenses per each category from the current month and the previous month.
Activity offer a detailed record of all transactions conducted with the card. It includes:
- Transaction History from which you can click open each transaction to reveal additional details, view the uploaded receipt, and add comments to facilitate the reconciliation process.
- Filtering options at the top of the tab to filter transactions by Date, Supplier, Category, Status, and Receipt availability.
- Invoice and Accounting management columns where you can upload receipts and view the accounting status of the transactions.
Change history shows you a summary of all the changes that have taken place regarding the card status, card access sessions, as well as card PIN, limit, and frequency changes:
