If you have the approval flow functionality enabled and you are an admin or a team manager, you may receive requests to amend budgets for application subscriptions.
When someone requests to change the budget, you will be notified via email that a budget. In Cledara, you will also see a notification on the notification bell icon which will have a red dot.
To review and approve the change requests,
- Go to the Dashboard and then tap on the Requested changes tab in the Recently box. As an approver, any change request will appear here.
- To review the new budget, click on the request. From there, you will be re-directed to the application page, where a summary of what has been requested to change will be shown.
- There you will be given 2 options: approve or reject the change request.
