How do I approve budget changes?

If you have the approval flow functionality enabled and you are an admin or a team manager, you may receive requests to amend budgets for application subscriptions.

When someone requests to change the budget, you will be notified via email that a budget. In Cledara, you will also see a notification on the notification bell icon which will have a red dot. 

To review and approve the change requests,

  1. Go to the Dashboard and then tap on the Requested changes tab in the Recently box. As an approver, any change request will appear here.

  2. To review the new budget, click on the request. From there, you will be re-directed to the application page, where a summary of what has been requested to change will be shown.
  3. There you will be given 2 options: approve or reject the change request.
