How do I approve budget changes?

If you have the approval flow functionality turned on and you are an admin or a team manager, you might get requests to amend the budget for an app subscription.

Whenever that happens, you will be notified via email that a budget change has been requested and is ready for your review. Once you log in to Cledara, you will also see the notification by pressing on the notification bell icon that will now have a red dot next to it.

To review the change requests,

  1. Go to the Dashboard and then tap on the Requested changes tab in the Recently box. As an approver, any change request will appear here. 

  2. To review the new budget, you just have to click on the request and be taken to the application page, where a summary of what has been requested to change will be shown.
  3. There you will have two buttons to either approve or reject the change request.
