If you are a Spend Admin, you will have access to the Spend Overview tab, where you can see all the cards created in Cledara Spend:
As your Spend control centre, this tab allows you to monitor your company cards and expenses at one quick glance, expanding or restricting budgets whenever necessary.
Below are the actions you can take in Spend Overview:
- Create new Spend cards
- Oversee your company expenses
- Control user access to cards
- View card activity and spend history
Create new Spend cards
As a Spend Admin, you have the ability to create new cards. This is done by selecting the button on the top right of the page.
Oversee your company expenses
At the top of this page, you can see the total funds spent so far that month, the available balance, the number of cards as well as theĀ Top up button:
Control user access to cards
On top of creating the cards, you can also toggle card status for all cards, even if you are not the cardholder.
If the card is disabled by a Spend Admin, it has to be enabled by a Spend Admin.
The cardholder can only reactivate a card when they are the ones that disabled it.
View card activity and spend history
Clicking on the cards will take you to the card interface, where you can see the card setup, spend breakdown per merchant category, and the amount of money spent so far:
Here, you also have the ability to change the limit and frequency of the budget. Additionally, if it is a physical card, this is also where cardholders and Spend Admins can report it as lost, stolen, or damaged.
